Withdrawal Methods in Ghana
With Ghana selected, the Withdrawal tab of the payments page shows three categories: mobile payments (4), e-wallets (2) and cryptocurrency (43). Payment cards, which appear on the deposit tab, are not listed for withdrawals — so if you fund your account by card, you'll need one of these methods to cash out.

What the Limits Mean in Practice
A 1.00 GHS minimum means even a small balance can be withdrawn to mobile money — you are not forced to keep playing to reach a threshold. The 10,000 GHS maximum shown for MTN, AirtelTigo Money and Vodafone is the figure on the payments page; it doesn't say whether it applies per request or per period, so ask support before withdrawing a larger win. Your mobile money wallet also has its own balance and transaction limits, set by your network and account tier.
15 minutes is the processing time the operator states for mobile money. It is a best case, not a guarantee: a first withdrawal, a verification request or open bonus conditions can hold a payout for longer.
Telecel and Vodafone
Vodafone Cash has been renamed Telecel Cash, but BetWinner lists the two separately. If a withdrawal to one of them fails, contact support before trying the other so you don't create two pending requests.
Crypto and E-Wallet Withdrawals
The withdrawal tab lists 43 cryptocurrencies and two e-wallets. For crypto, double-check the coin and the network of your receiving address — several coins appear on more than one blockchain, and a transfer on the wrong network may not be recoverable. Your balance is in GHS, so the amount of crypto you receive depends on the conversion at the time of payout. USDT wasn't among the options visible to us; check the full list in the cashier.

Verification Before Payout
The registration form already asks for a document type — for example a Ghanaian passport — and a document number, although the number field isn't marked as required at sign-up. BetWinner Ghana's identification rules are in its General Terms. Licensed operators generally confirm identity before paying out, so a request for documents is the most common reason a first withdrawal stays pending. Bonuses and Withdrawals
If you chose the sports bonus (up to 750 GHS) or the casino welcome package at registration, its rules decide what happens when you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement. Why Withdrawals Get Delayed
- Verification pending — documents requested or under review.
- Details don't match — account name differs from the ID or the wallet.
- Bonus conditions open — wagering not finished.
- Method not available for payouts — for example, trying to withdraw to a card.
- Provider-side delays — the operator has sent the money but the network hasn't credited it yet.
Several Google Play reviews of the Ghana app from August and September 2026 complain about withdrawals. We can't verify individual cases, but they show why it is worth keeping records of every transaction and message.
If a Withdrawal Is Refused or Delayed
- Ask support for the reason. Call 0596992989 or email info@betwinner.com.gh, quoting the request reference.
- File a formal complaint. If that doesn't resolve it, write to complaints@betwinner.com.gh with dates, amounts, screenshots and previous replies.
- Contact the regulator. BetWinner is listed in the Gaming Commission of Ghana register. If the operator doesn't resolve your complaint, contact the Commission through its contact page.
