Here is how the options differ, which ones also work for withdrawals, and what to do if a deposit doesn't arrive.

Deposit Methods for Ghana
With Ghana selected as the country, the Deposit tab of the site's payments page groups the methods into four categories:
The balance is heavily weighted towards crypto: 45 of the 54 options are cryptocurrencies. For most Ghanaian players the practical choice is between the four mobile payment methods and the two card options, which the site lists separately.

Mobile Money: MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo Money
Mobile money is how most Ghanaians pay online, and BetWinner Ghana has a dedicated Mobile payments category with four methods. The withdrawal tab names them: MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo Money and Vodafone. The deposit tab also shows four mobile payment methods; our deposit screenshot shows the category count, not the individual names.
Does BetWinner Ghana accept MTN MoMo?
MTN is named in the Mobile payments category — our screenshot of the withdrawal tab shows it with a 1.00 GHS minimum — and the deposit tab has the same number of mobile methods. That matters because MTN Mobile Money is the largest mobile money service in Ghana. Confirm MTN on the deposit list in your cashier before paying.
Telecel or Vodafone?
Vodafone Cash was renamed Telecel Cash when Telecel took over Vodafone Ghana, but BetWinner's list still shows Telecel and Vodafone as two separate entries. If one of them doesn't go through for your wallet, try the other or ask support which one to use.
AirtelTigo Money / AT Money
AirtelTigo Money, now branded AT Money, is listed under its old name, AirtelTigo Money.
Whichever network you use, the wallet should be registered in the same name as your BetWinner account — the details are in the withdrawal guide.
Cards and E-Wallets
The deposit tab lists two payment card methods, but there is no card category on the withdrawal tab. In practice that means a card can fund your account, but winnings have to come out through mobile money, an e-wallet or crypto. Plan your withdrawal method before your first deposit.
A card issued in another currency is converted by your bank at its own rate, and the bank may add a fee even though BetWinner states none. E-wallets appear in both lists — three for deposits, two for withdrawals — so check that the wallet you deposit with is also available for payouts.
Crypto Deposits
Cryptocurrency is by far the largest category: 45 options for deposits and 43 for withdrawals. Those visible on the deposit tab include Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Avalanche X-Chain, Binance Coin (BSC) and Chainlink on Ethereum, each marked No fees, Instant.
Does BetWinner Ghana accept USDT?
USDT is the stablecoin Ghanaian bettors search for most, but it isn't among the options visible in the screenshots we reviewed. Check the full cryptocurrency list in the cashier; if USDT is there, note which network it uses.
- Choose the right network. Several coins appear on more than one blockchain (for example “on Ethereum” or “BSC”). Sending on the wrong network can lose the funds.
- Check the minimum. The crypto entries we saw don't show a minimum amount on the overview, so open the method before sending.
- Remember the conversion. Your balance is in GHS, so the value you receive depends on the conversion when the deposit is credited.

When a Deposit Doesn't Arrive
Money left your wallet but not credited
Check the transaction on both sides and save the reference from your wallet or bank. Then contact BetWinner support by phone on 0596992989 or email accounting@betwinner.com.gh with the reference, amount and time.
Payment declined
Check the method's limits, your wallet balance and any daily limits set by your mobile money provider. Try again only after confirming the first attempt wasn't charged.
Method missing from the cashier
The payments page lists methods for a selected country; your account's cashier may differ. Ask support before depositing through someone else's wallet or card.
Payment Safety
- Pay only on the official site or app. Lookalike sites using the BetWinner name can't credit your account.
- Use accounts in your own name. Third-party payments can be refused and complicate withdrawals.
- Protect your codes. Support staff never need your wallet PIN or one-time passwords.
- Keep records. Screenshots and references make disputes much easier to resolve.
