BetWinner Ghana registration is done by phone: you enter your Ghanaian number, confirm it with an SMS code and fill in a short form with your name, password and ID details. Below: who can sign up, each step of the form, and the mistakes that most often cause problems later.

Who Can Register

  • Adults only. Under Ghana's Gaming Act, 2006 (Act 721), gambling is restricted to people aged 18 and over. The form ends with a checkbox confirming that you are of legal age, and the Google Play app is rated 18+.
  • Players in Ghana. The form uses a Ghanaian phone number (+233) and Ghanaian cedi. When we opened betwinner.com.gh from outside Ghana it showed “This website is not available in your country”.
  • Anyone who accepts the site rules. By registering you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy linked on the form — read them first.

How to Register at BetWinner Ghana

  1. Open the registration form

    Tap Registration on betwinner.com.gh or in the Ghana app. Don't sign up through lookalike sites.

  2. Enter your phone number and request the code

    The number field is prefilled with +233. Choose SMS as the sending method and tap Send via SMS.

  3. Confirm the code

    Type the code from the SMS into the Confirmation code field and tap Confirm.

  4. Choose a welcome bonus

    Sports, Casino + Win Games, or reject for now — see the bonus guide.

  5. Fill in the rest of the form

    First name, surname, password and document details, plus a promo code only if you have one.

  6. Accept the terms and tap Register

    Tick the box confirming you've read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and are of legal age.

Fields marked * are required on the form. The document number isn't marked as required, but filling it in accurately now saves time if your identity is checked before a withdrawal.

Details to Get Right

  • Name — must match your ID exactly, including spelling and order.
  • Phone number — use a number registered to you; it is how the account is confirmed.
  • Payment accounts — deposit and withdraw only with wallets in your own name. BetWinner pays out to mobile money, so a MoMo wallet in someone else's name can block your withdrawals.

A mismatch between your profile, your ID and your wallet is the most common reason for delayed payouts at any operator.

Account Verification

BetWinner Ghana's identification rules are in its General Terms. Because the form already records your document type and number, keep that document valid and to hand: licensed operators generally confirm identity before paying out, and a verification request is the usual reason a first withdrawal stays pending. Registering on Your Phone

On Android, download the app from the official app page or from Google Play and tap Registration on the start screen. On iPhone we found no current Ghana App Store app, so register at betwinner.com.gh in your mobile browser — the form is the same. Details are on the app page.

Common Registration Problems

The SMS code doesn't arrive

Check that you entered the number without repeating the +233 prefix, wait a minute and request the code again. Make sure your phone can receive SMS and has signal.

“This website is not available in your country”

The site blocks access from some locations outside Ghana. If you are in Ghana and see this, turn off any VPN or proxy.

You signed up on a different website

Pages with names like “betwinner-ghana” or “ghana-betwinner” are usually third-party sites. If you entered details on one, change any reused passwords and register on betwinner.com.gh.

You already have an account

Don't create a second one. Contact support on 0596992989 or at info@betwinner.com.gh to recover it.
